Nature of Trust
The Trust shall be Private Charitable Trust having no commercial or profit motive. The properties, securities, moneys and income or profits thereof shall be applied in India solely for the purposes of the Trust without any discrimination of race, religion, caste or sex and no portion thereof shall be distributed among theTrustees.
Objects
The Trust is established for the Charitable and benevolent purpose of promoting the Physical, Mental, Social and Moral Advancement of all people without distinction of caste, creed, colour or community. This is proposed to be done in the following fields in the manner specified.
